IIn collaboration with P.E Nation and Humming Puppy, the Body & Soul sessions are designed to transition you through the 6 wellness states of Defender OCTA combining sound with vinyasa yoga movement.
Enhanced by the tones of Himalayan crystal singing bowls, this journey will deliver a thrilling auditory experience that aligns and energizes your mind and body.

In the face of adversity, Defender durability and capability will stand the test of time. Join Ant Williams, an elite athlete and champion freediver with two world records to his name, for this session, where he will share imagery and stories about diving in the arctic circle. Be inspired as Ant talks adventure, achievement, and the power of dreaming big.

Defender is designed to conquer the elements.
In this session, producer and DJ Chris Keene will demonstrate how to connect the sounds of the urban jungle with the transformative nature of technology tgo produce empowering and energising music.
